To qualify to use Zempler's Bulk Payments Portal, you need to be doing over 500 faster payments a month. Please also note our eligibility criteria here.
Zempler's Bulk Payments Portal means
Client segregation is made easy
Our portal makes payments easy to reconcile and monitor, with daily reporting available and the ability to have multiple payment accounts so you can segregate funds.
Tighter control over payments
With multiple user profiles you can give colleagues different permission levels, putting you in control of the approval flow. Dual factor authentication to process payments also gives peace of mind.
How it works
- Create a Bulk Payment File or export one from another system (i.e. your payroll software).
- Upload the file to Zempler's secure Payments Portal and nominate which payment account(s) the payments should be made from.
- Review the pending file(s) in the Payments Portal. Reject, edit, and approve the files.
- Submit the files. To do this, you'll receive and input a security code via SMS (dual factor authentication).
- Payment(s) made. Funds are then automatically transferred from your Zempler Payment Account(s). You can then review your payment history and reconcile payments.
You can also use the portal to make single payments if needed.
