If you've previously registered a company through our formations service and want to access your information, you an do so via our company formations portal.
Here's what you'll need
- A unique company name. Click Get Started and use the search tool on the form to see if the name you want is available.
- A registered address. Use your UK home or business address. This is where all your business post and your Zempler card will be sent.
- A few important details. As company director, you'll need to provide your name, nationality, date of birth and occupation.

Please note: Zempler doesn't accept formations from all types of businesses and has the right to review and decline formation applications just as it does with bank account applications.
