If you prefer to log in to Online Banking using a Code Key, give us a call to order one.
If you haven’t already done so, you’ll need to set up a username, password, and memorable questions.
You can do this via the app or application status tracker using the application reference number we emailed to you at when you applied.
Use the app or Code Key to request your verification code needed to log in to Online Banking.
Once your card arrives, it’s time to activate it so you can start using it for purchases. You can do this using the app, Online Banking or by calling us on 0330 024 0924.
To do this in Online Banking:
Your PIN will be sent separately in the post to your registered address.
Make the most of your card using Online Banking:
If you’re entering your username correctly, you might receive an error message because you haven’t downloaded and logged in to the Zempler Bank app before or haven’t requested a Code Key.
If you get an error message when you try to enter your password and verification code, you may have entered either of these incorrectly. Generate a new verification code and try again.
If you’ve entered your password and verification code incorrectly, your account may be locked. To unlock your account, please call our Customer Service team and we’ll be able to help you out.
If you’ve forgotten your password and you don’t have the latest version of the Zempler Bank app and you’re trying to activate your Code Key, you can reset your password here.
