Short and long term illness

Being diagnosed with any illness can have a major impact on your life and wellbeing. We’re here to support you during these challenging times.

Manage your account using the app

You can use the app to manage your money securely from a smartphone, at any time.

  • Check your balance
  • Make payments
  • Block cards
  • Report cards as lost or stolen

If you haven’t got the Zempler Bank app, you can download it to your smartphone or device today

Manage your account online

You can manage your account online using Online Banking.

  • Check your balance
  • Make payments
  • Block cards
  • Report cards as lost or stolen

Getting someone else to look after your accounts

If you feel you can no longer manage your account by yourself, you can get someone to act on your behalf. Depending on your situation, there are different third party appointments, such as a Power of Attorney or a Third Party mandate.

More information on having someone manage your account is available here.

Tell us about your situation

To help us give you the best banking experience, let us know if you have specific needs and we’ll leave a note on your account, so we know this whenever you speak to us.

We'll never use it for another purpose or share it outside of Zempler. You can ask us to remove it any time. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

You can call us or reach out to us using the app or Online Banking and one of our team will get in contact with you directly. To do this, log in and go to Help > Personal circumstances > Share your personal situation.

Additional support

If you have concerns about your health and need support, contact your GP. There are also organisations that can provide support when you’ve been diagnosed with a long term illness.
