To update your personal details
- Log in to the Zempler Bank app or Online Banking
- Go to Settings > Personal Details
- Review and edit your personal details
Alternatively, give our Customer Service team a call.
To manage your notification settings
- Log in to the Zempler Bank app or Online Banking
- Go to Settings > Manage notifications
- Select your notification preferences for:
a. Service & Account Updates
b. Payment & Transfers
c. Marketing Preferences
If you wish to receive overdraft and limit increase offer communications, you’ll need to be opted into marketing communications.
Tell us about your situation
Let us know if you have specific needs and we'll leave a note on your account so we know this whenever you speak to us.
We'll never use it for another purpose or share it outside of Zempler Bank. You can ask us to remove it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

To do this, log in and go to Help > Personal circumstances > Share your personal situation.
FAQs
To update your tax residency:
- Log in to the app or Online Banking
- Go to Settings > Personal Details
- Select 'Tax Residency'
- Add the country or countries you pay tax in, and your Tax Identification Number (for the UK this is your National Insurance number (NI)).
