Business Extra offers up to 0.5% cashback on card spend.
Business Pro offers up to 1% cashback on card spend.
Just use your card as normal and the cashback is automatically credited to your account at the end of each month. We’ll let you know when it hits your account via SMS.

How does tiered cashback work?
Our tiered cashback rate means that you can earn more cashback, the more you spend.
Earning up to 0.5% cashback
The cashback rates shown for each tier in the table below are for accounts with up to 0.5% cashback. At the start of a new calendar month, your first purchase will always receive the 0.1% cashback rate.

Who can get cashback?
Cashback is available for free to Zempler Business Extra or Pro customers. If you’ve got a Zempler Business Go account, you don’t qualify for cashback. But you can switch at any time.
How to start using cashback
- Open a Zempler Business Extra or Pro account.
- Once you have your account card, use it as normal and you’ll automatically get cashback on what you spend. The amount of cashback you get depends on the account you have.
- In Online Banking, head to Overview to see a breakdown and history of the cashback you’ve earned. In-app, from the home screen you will see cashback this month where you can view your cashback breakdown and history.
